To mark the annual Saforelle promotion and the “Women’s Health Day, Saforelle 2026”, PPM’s sales team organized an awareness campaign on women’s intimate health at the beginning of May at the Chip Mong 271 supermarket. In parallel, a scientific seminar entitled “Understanding Intimate Hygiene & 5 Common Mistakes Women Make”, followed by a round table on “How Women Balance Health, Career and Confidence”, was held at the Fairfield Hotel in Phnom Penh with a lecture by Professor Ek Mengly, gynaecologist.

Around one hundred participants, including influencers and content creators, responded to the invitation, with some registering directly at the Saforelle stand. In his opening remarks, Tech Symo, PPM’s Sales Director, reminded the audience that women’s health is not a private matter but a societal issue that concerns families, healthcare professionals, companies and institutions.

Professor Ek Mengly stressed the importance of reproductive health and intimate hygiene for self‑esteem and a balanced relationship, calling on women to adopt better daily habits, particularly in public places where sanitary facilities are often unhygienic.

Speaking on the panel, Ms Lorene Metral, Area Manager Women’s Health APAC at Biocodex, emphasized that intimate health is a cornerstone of self‑confidence and performance at work, recalling the role of suitable products such as Saforelle cleanser in maintaining a healthy vaginal microbiome. The question‑and‑answer session showed that more and more Cambodian women are willing to discuss intimate topics in public, confirming Saforelle’s growing presence on the local market.
